    ClubDice Casino

    Hi everybody,

3 days ago I registered at ClubDice Casino and deposited $300 which for which I received a $500 'bonus'.

However, after wagering the necessary $3200 ($10300 if you include the huge amount of games that are excluded from the bonus) I am unable to withdraw the bonus, nor am I able to withdraw my original deposit.
Right now I have $701 in my account of which I can only withdraw $170 (the casino deposited another bonus into my account because "YOU WON our First day players competition. $30.00 has already been credited to your account").

I resent the fact that receiving what is called a bonus means your original deposit gets locked until you wager necessary the amount stated in the T&A.
So when you deposit $300, you have to wager $3200 in games (excl. Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and Jacks or Better) in order to be able to withdraw your original deposit.

If the T&A had been clearer on this, I would have never deposited in the first place.

Has anybody had similar problems with ClubDice and if so, can somebody help me out? I emailed all possible ClubDice email addresses without any luck.

    Thanks

I am glad someone finally posted about Club Dice and their bonuses. In my experience with them, they have given me an 'abundance' of bonuses, including bonuses on each deposit, bonuses 'out of nowhere' while you are playing, and even bonuses (no-deposit ones, at that) sent to my email for no reason at all. This may seem like a good thing... but, (and this may be speculation), it seems like it is a tool used to keep you from being able to withdrawal. Example, as soon as you are close to finish your wagering requirements, or get a big win, a popup will come up while you are playing that "Congratulations.. you just received a $$ (whatever amount) bonus". In one of my earlier deposits with them, (which I'm sure was not over $100) I played for a long time, and reached up to over $700. I felt regretful that I just ended up playing it back, thinking I should have withdrawn, but seeing how this bonus deal works with them (and I'm sure I was issued one or two during play).. I probably didn't lose anything because if I had requested withdrawal, more than likely something close to your situation would have come into play, and my request would have been denied as well.

This used to be my primary Playtech casino, and I can't confirm for sure that I have had a problem withdrawing, because I never got a chance to, and its too difficult to keep track of your wagering requirements when you are issued one or two during play, and you're already trying to keep track of your initial or match bonus wagering requirements. I've started frequenting Slots.com as my Playtech casino, and they've been great (in fact, I feel better with a casino that has limitations on your bonuses, i.e., their Neteller/Instadebit bonus promo can only be used ONCE) because at least there are no 'surprises' and I know what I'm dealing with.

My advice to you (and something I will do if I decide to play there again).. is, if you want to continue playing at Club Dice casino and not face any of their bonus animosity, is to request to NOT be credited with bonuses (usually be email, and save your confirmation/response from whichever agent responds to your request). I have done this with other casinos, so it should not be a problem if you request not to be given bonuses, they will comply as long as you email their support team. I do this for the simple reason of the complexity of some casino's terms and conditions regarding bonuses and wagering requirements. Good luck with this situation...

Arent the bonuses at this casino 'sticky'. If so,of course only $170 can be withdrawn. You were requested to wager 4X the bonus and deposits only so I think it is unlikely that your bonus can be withdrawn. Actually,I suggest that you check with the casino on whether the bonus will be immediatly deducted from your account once you intiate your withdrawal. If this is kept pending in your account till the withdrawal is processed, you can still use the $530 bonus to 'win' something. If not, then its entirely up to you on whether you want to risk your $170 for $530 through playing a single game of BJ or paigow poker. Supposing of course that the max bet is $700.

    Dicey, indeed..

I, too have had a run in with this casino. However, I DID NOT deposit any money due to the fact that I did not trust them. I sent e-mails to the parent corp that owns Club Dice, and is a publicly traded company on the London Stock exchange. Below is the e-mail for one of the officers of that company.

    Also, Anne is VIP director
then Iris at Playtech (who is the only one that answered thus far). The to the gaming commision.
    kgc.@mck.ca

    Sarah.Gestetner@citigatedr.co.uk
    anne@clubdicecasino.com
Iris at Playtech (go to website)

This place is wierd and seems to make up the T&C as they go along.
    Keep us updated....

the 4x bonus wagering is for follow up bonuses only, i think the initial bonus has a higher wageriing req. I have withdrawn in the past, besides for the lengthy wait, i have never had a problem... yet, but if you contact them, they should help you!

Maybe you should pay a little less attention to their T&A and more attention to their T&C's which seem pretty clear to me though I must admit the blond on their homepage right now does look pretty hot .

Do you really expect casinos to allow you to play risk free with their bonus money? I definitely don't agree with them slipping in bonuses during the middle of your play in order to trap you into more wagering but like others have said, you should be able to request to have those removed. Their sign-up bonus terms seem pretty clear to me and it sounds like a pretty decent sized bonus.

    They got me too

    Yeah, they got me too.

I deposited £25. I didn't intend to take advantage of the bonus, so I just gambled with the £25 I deposited. Other casinos that I've played have been fine with this, as long as you don't touch the bonus you can withdraw the winnings.

At the end of my games I tried to withdraw £27 (my bank roll was £52). £25 of the £57 was a match bonus)

A few days later I got an email from them saying they would not honour the withdrawal.

I sent a couple of emails to them trying to get the full details. Apparently before I could make a withdrawal, I had to gamble £600 on certain table games (they gave me a long list of games which did not qualify)

On top of this, because I had requested a withdrawal, I lost the £25 match bonus. You lose that bonus whether they honour the withdrawal or not.

Being based in Antiqua, there was no way I was going to be able to argue this in my favour, so I put it all on red, lost, and closed my account

I would never deposit a large amount of money as my first deposit, I like to know if the casino is trustworthy by testing them with a small amount of money first.

So yeah, looks like a scam to me, avoid.

Wow!! I had an issue with this place ages ago, http://www.gamemasteronline.com/cgi-...=000008#000000 I believe at the time anyway the gamemaster pullled there ads because of misleading bonus promotions.

They ended up scamming me out of $500, because I left 25cents in the account and redeposited this deposit it turns out was still subject to bonus requirements or I had to pay back the $200 bonus.

Scam joke outfit, thought they would have got their act together by now....

What exactly are you going to do if they refuse knowledge of sending that email? Hire a lawyer, fly over to Antiqua and fight it out in their courts? In order for that email to be valid you'll need testimony from a reputable source (your ISP) that the email is genuine and not something you've knocked up in notepad. Then you've got to hope that's enough.

It seems quite a lot of money and risk to be staking on a $300 casino bonus. I reckon you'd have better odds on the slot machine

I don't mean to be offensive, just trying to get a point across. This is the problem with offshore casinos. If anything goes wrong, you're on your own.
