    Angry Crystal Palace Casino

Hi guys! I'm new to the foum. I found this site after I went and played on Crystal Casino, trying to find out reviews and figure out why I haven't received my withdrawal yet. To make a long story short: I got a CD in the mail with $200 free no strings attached, lost that and deposited 3 times: $300, $500 & 1,000... making it a grand total of $1,800. I never got any other comps except for that $200 because I didn't know there were other promotions. I ended up winning $450, to make my grand total cashout of $2,250. I cashed out on the 16th of February (really it was the 15th but later on in the evening). Today is February 28th and I have yet to receive a dime. I call customer support at least 1 to 2 times per day and get the runaround. Not to mention the CSR person is the SAME guy every time.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Has anyone gotten prompt payouts with this casino or gotten ripped off? Thanks!

    Rogue

Crystal Palace is one of the "rogues".
Usually, this extends to refusing to pay players who win with a bonus, but your story is worse, as you won only when playing with your own money.
Usually, players can get their deposits back with some effort, but normally nothing will get the winnings paid once they have decided they don't want to pay.
You should avoid playing at ANY of the sister casinos too, they will likely send similar offers, and "forget" to tell you that you are probably ineligible due to being flagged at Crystal Palace.
Some players report no problems, unfortunatly there is no way to tell in advance who will or will not have problems. Rumour has it that players will not have a problem if they are losing overall, but will have problems once they win, especially if their play shows they know how to play the games well.

    Blah

I don't plan to gamble online at any other site. Had I done the research, I would have stayed away. I'm kind of screwed either way if I don't get my money. I contacted Firepay to see if I could dispute the charges, they said no..that I must contact the merchant for my money. If I dispute the charges with my bank, firepay will cancel or suspend my account (its in their Terms) If I use montanasoverseas, I'm not guaranteed anything, and I can't dispute claims if I try to dispute the charge with my bank directly. Banks give you 30 days to dispute a charge, and montanas takes up to several weeks.

I have never..EVER gone to a casino like this. Any suggestions?

    ?

I just got to thinking... I've read other posts about Oliver Curran's gambling sites, and people have talked about getting "locked out" for being an "abusive player". I don't think I could be considered an abusive player seeing that I only got a "$200 no strings attached" comp BEFORE I even played with real money. I never really bet small...I had played $500 hands of blackjack and roulette the majority of the time - the other times I had bet probably no less than about $100. Think it could happen?

"Abusive Player" or "Bonus Abuser" or "didn't play within the spirit of the terms and conditions" all mean the same thing.

You didn't lose all your money. How dare you actually... y'know, win.

In future, look at the big forums and see what people are saying about a casino before you deposit. It will save you a lot of grief. Casinomeister's recommended list of casinos is a good shortcut if you just want to play somewhere.

Took me 15 days to get my money and that was the last they heard of me. Keep calling them, I did for four days straight at the same time every day to get the same person after they told me it would be 8 days, then 10 days, then finally I guess they got tired of me and I got my money on the 15th day, 4 straight days of calling. Don't stop cause you will never get anywhere if you don't make it known your on top of it. Thanks to this forum, I quit that casino right then there! Good luck and keep hounding them!

    No Kidding

That's kind of funny - I just called them on my way home about an hour ago. I swear it doesnt' matter what time of day I call in, I get the same person answering the phone. I've been calling and calling and have no intention of letting them keep my money. Last week I was supposed to get my money by Friday, then Monday (two days ago) or Tuesday. Today they said I should be getting it within 2 to 3 days. Trust me, $1,800.. I'd better darn well get my money back. How much did you deposit and withdrawal? (Thanks for the post!)

I usually start with a $100 at any given casino (and NEVER claim ANY bonus)and that is what I started with here. Won $1600.00 and the time frame states 4-5 days (no weekends) so I waited till the 6th day and called to find out why my money was still sitting there in the account and that is when I started getting worried. The rep said that they were "backed up" ..etc etc...all the sorry excuses...and the next day the money was out of my account so I waited 2 more days....called...same excuses...

So, I continued to call daily as I said, got the same person (same time) and I guess he finally ran out of excuses...but I was sweating it after readin here about that casino....never have I gone back since..

KEEP CALLING them! Make them realize the only way to get rid of you is to pay you your money! Very good luck to you!

    shoot me now

Thanks for the advice - that's exactly what I've been doing hoping they'd get sick of me! I follow up the phone call with an email just to help document everything. I took screenshots of my withdrawal and all that good stuff. Does that guy who answers the phone ever sleep? I call during all hours of the day and it's always him answering. Funny, he answers with "online support, may I help you?" and NEVER gives his name...but e-mails? No problemo! I can't begin to tell you how worried I am (as I'm sure you already know since you've been in the same boat).

Hello, today is Wed., March 1st and I called your customer support
    about an
hour ago. I requested to speak with the accounts department, but there
    was
no one there at the moment to assist me. The person whom I spoke with
checked into my account and informed me that my withdrawal request in
Crystal Palace casino has been fowarded to the accounts dept. I made a
deposit via Firepay on the 16th of February and I cashed out my money
    on the
16th of February and have not yet received any funds. Please see that
    this
message is forwarded to the correct department, as your policy says
    cashouts
are processed within 4 to 7 business days, and I have well exceeded
    that
    amount of time.

    Thanks you,
    Jessica xxxx
