I should have known better than to think this was gonna be easy ...

Got an email today (at least they work on the weekends) and they say their Tech department has looked into it and there's nothing wrong.

They're claiming that the $5 original bet was not taken out before the natural blackjack occurred. I am 95% sure that it always is taken out, but this means I'm going to have go back and play some to get 3 screenshots now ... 1 showing the balance before the bet, one after the bet and one after the natural blackjack. I don't even know if this is going to be possible or not.

I'm this close -><- to naming this place. x2

"They're claiming that the $5 original bet was not taken out before "

That'd be a first. In my experience when the chip goes on the table, your balance gets deducted.

    "there's nothing wrong."

If that's the case, you dont have play any hands at all, just place a chip on the table and see if your balance decreases.

I can't wait to hear about the logs.

Oh, the logs are even better ... they said I could go into the "History" section of the software and see that.

After finally locating it in the blackjack game itself, it gives you a grand total of .... your last 8 hands.

Exactly. Now I just have to find a way to prove that to them.

Well, it looks like I have some crow to eat ...

I went back tonight and played roughly 75 hands. In those, I caught two natural blackjacks where the casino software indeed did not take my initial bet out of my bankroll.

At least, I'm pretty sure they didn't ... but obviously I was watching pretty closely.

Basically, I can tell whether I'm getting a natural blackjack or not before the cards even get turned over. If my bet is deducted from my balance, I'm not getting one. If it isn't deducted, then I've got the natural BJ.

Never, never have I seen software operate like this. Coupled with the pretty high house advantage (.75%), I'm beginning to wish I'd never gone there. But I've got a bonus to grind through, so oh well ...

It's Winner casino, by the way, just for informational purposes. I am NOT saying Winner cheats AT ALL, let me make that clear.

If you get to withdraw, i wish you best of luck, i have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for a withdrawal from casinoforaces (their sister company), and they keep saying I should be getting it within the next few days!

Yes, i do see the error as well. Please let us know, this is a big bug. Have you noticed this before? Looks like a flash casino for sure.

The casino name would be very helpful especially when they admit there is a problem. Thanks for finding this!!!

^^ I did get my withdrawal, uungy, but after 10 business days instead of their advertised 7. Don't think I'll be going back (or to casino4aces) ...

^ check two posts above yours, bjguide, for your answer.
