    Vegas Magic Magicians

    How’s this for Magic

(Please read excerpt below from Vegas Magic)

    100% Deposit Bonus:
    COUPON CODE: VJGND
Vegas Magic will match your first deposit dollar-for-dollar up to $250. Play any games you wish to play, however, you must wager 12 times your deposit and bonus in Slot wagering before requesting a cash-out. To redeem the coupon, first type it in the Cashier section of the casino, make your deposit and the bonus will be added automatically to your account!

Follow the instructions. Wager your deposit plus the bonus 12x or more. Now “play any games you wish to play” (as stated above). Play any game. Play craps or black Jack or whatever. Now withdraw your winnings and in about a 2 weeks you’ll find out that all of your winnings have been voided because even though you followed the instructions of the coupon code you used, you failed to read the clause on the last page of the Website all the way at the bottom of the page that negates the coupon.

It’s a trick alright, but it ain’t magic. It’s called “bait and switch”

    This is my story.

I wagered about $7000 on slots (well over the wagering requirement) ans had a little over $1000 in my account. I then wagered on Black Jack and craps. By the time I withdrew my winnings I had $1,399. About two weeks later I received my deposit back and was informed by “Jack” the casino manager that I would not be receiving my winnings because I played a “restricted game”. That fact that the coupon read, “play any games you wish to play”, had no bearing. And just like that, poof, my winnings were gone.

Another dazzling performance by the "Amazing Jack".

Have you contacted Montana Overseas on this? If so, what was their response?

    we MUST stand together

I just posted a message in reply to this same poster's complaint of Doleplex. Please read it.
With regards to Vegas Magic, and "Jack", my experience at Blast 21, also one of "Jack's" casinos, was much worse.
I opened a new account there, accepted their standard sign up bonus, which is for slots only. I confirmed everything in writing with their staff that I was eligible to play there and accept this bonus. I then deposited $250, got their bonus, and played only slots just like I was supposed to.
I happened to get lucky and cashed out $4525. I got written confirmation from their staff telling me that I did indeed meet their wagering requriements and that I was entitiled to be paid in full. I submitted my completed and signed faxback form, which also was confirmed. After two weeks passed, I did not recieve any money. I contacted "Jack" who told me that I was already barred from Blast 21 even before I signed up. Despite me e-mailing him written confirmation to the contrary, he told me that I would only be getting paid the $250 deposit and nothing more. I then took my case to Montana Review, and showed them written proof of eveything that I am stating here. They ruled against me, telling me that I had been barred on the SAME DAY from Blast 21 that I had made my deposit !!!! I asked for proof of that which they refused to show me.
The bottom line is that obviously I had no chance of winning. I was either going to lose my money or get my deposit back (only if I complained).
I have heard numerous horror stories about "Jack". What is even more diconcerting is the fact that Montana has begun to rule against us depsite us showing them clear cut proof that we are the ones getting scammed. This also happened to me at Doleplex, which I will post in that tag on this site.
My feelings now that I see how many of us have gotten scammed by "Jack" and Montana is to take our case to the next level, namely to report them to the appropriate gaming commission and even retain a collection attorney there to open a class action lawsuit against them and any other casino group that had exhibited this type of dishonest and fraudulent behavior towards us. I am willing to share stories via private e-mail and collect everyone's names and amounts money that has been stolen. I would also like to know who is agreeable to form a group to get this type of litigation started. Please e-mail me at wesriv76@yahoo.com if interested. Even if you are not, I would like to hear you thoughts, comments, advice, and suggestions on this issue. Thank you.

Isn't this the same complaint as the Doloplex thread directly below?

    Tis' a bummer though...

Vegas Magic Casino has had the same terms for years and obviously does not (want to) improve. In 2003 they tried to void a withdrawal from me under the same terms because I "played Video Poker" during my session. Back then SlyCin offered me her assistance as an affiliate of V.M. and managed to convince the Casino to do the right thing. I was paid in full and am still truly grateful to Cindy for her deed.

    Unfortunately enough.... Nothing changed.

    restricted games

I was once caught in the "restricted game" situation.
I to had meet the WR on slots, I had cashed in $1000, had me $1000 left in my account that I could not cashin as it was a 10X's cashin bonus chip.
The casino sent me my $100 deposit back and denied the rest.
This situation only took me 48 hours to reslove as i called "RTG" to get proof of what time i cashed in and what time i played the "restricted game"

Many RTG casinos try to get tricky with there T&C. Bottom line if you know you are in the right, contact the casino if they still tell you that you are not right, contact montanna and while waiting for montanna, do what i did contact "RTG" lol
