Most of these casinos send out a new bonus every day, sometimes several per day.

I am not sure how many people actually sign up to each one. I suspect the number is very small.

I would be curious to find whether anyone can acknowledge that they have received such an email containing all of these game exclusions.

The email contained the links - one of which is the link to the excluded games.

The last time that page was updated or uploaded was Sunday, July 03, 2005 12:01:36 PM.

So it's not an issue of them changing the terms and conditions mid stroke (like some other casinos have done in the past). It's been there for a number of months.

Firefox is pretty cool in this regard. Thanks for the reminder on this "tool" Sirius.

This has been documented and doable in Internet Explorer for several years before that as well.

Just type javascript:alert(document.lastModified) in to the address bar and hit enter.

Of course these dates can easily be tampered with.... But it does look at least very likely that the casino did send this crapppy bonus out with these crappy conditions.

    Well, blimey!!

So, how would someone tamper something like this? Would there be some kind of code in the page's HTML?

    I don't know ... as a test, I did the javascript command on Phoenician's T&C and 32 Red's T&C in Internet Explorer.

Both times, I got today's date and the current exact time.

When I did the Meister's Accredited Casinos page (again in Internet Explorer), I got February 17, 2006.

I can't believe that casinos are updating their bonus T&C every second, though they feel like they change on a daily basis.
I don't abuse bonuses, I just shake the sh!t out of 'em!

The last modified date is simply the file last modified date, which you can view in windows explorer or any other file management tool. The simplest way to change this would be to change the date on your PC. There is also the 'touch' command, which is supplied with Unix and is also available for Windows, which allows you to update the last modified date of the file with whatever you like.

it isn't necessarily accurate, as the information might not be supplied by the web server, which if it does supply it, might not supply the correct date. Also a web page dynamically created by a script (which is most pages on the internet), rather than static HTML, arguably has been created this second, even if it is the same content regenerated for every user.

I seem to be having a similiar problem with there sister casino, Casino LasVegas. I havn't won any big $ like you have. I noticed this before I had played very much.

In my case it is a matter of a changing WR from 25x on bonus to 25x on bonus and deposit. I had a few emails back and fourth with their Manager and he hasn't resopnded to my last email.

What it seems they are doing is giving a link with one offer and then sending out a email with a different T&C. They then go back and change the link.
This is what I see happening anyway as the copy of the link I kept does not match the one that is ther now.
