    Payspark Problem

Do any of you here use this webwallet and if so do you have problems getting your money ? I received an email from them 2 days ago that a payment had been made successfully to my account. The money still isn't in my account and for some strange reason they can't seem to tell me when it will be there.

    Hooters,
I used them in the past and I had the same thing happen to me. It ended up showing up a couple of days later. Their support sucks. Good luck to you.

Phil ~ Thank you for letting me know this ! I received the email saying the funds were there the morning of the 19th and they still aren't there. If I ever get paid I will closing my account with Payspark. I think the casinos should be more careful of which webwallets they choose to use.

Try contacting PCS (Proc Cyber Services) you know the eProcessor for a lot of MG casinos. Payspark is a subsidiary of PCS. When it was release (2001) it was excellent, but now I don't use it anymore. Stick to Neteller it's far better IMO.

Which casino were you receiving the funds from? Or did you send Payspark a wire transfer?

Maybe it is just my skeptical self venting a bit, but the word "float" comes to mind after learning that PCS and Payspark are in bed together.

hOOters, did CGB send the money on the 19th? Or is that when Payspark said they received it? Has Payspark confirmed in writing that they are in receipt of the money? I have used Payspark for three years, back to when they were Gaming Card and have never experienced any problems if a casino and/or affiliate company has actually released the funds to them. The only time I had a problem was when I received an email from Payspark telling me I had received an affiliate payment, but when I logged in my account, it showed a balance of zero? So I emailed them and they assured me my money was there, but due to some technical glitch, it just wasn't showing on the website. So I went to make a deposit, and sure enough it went through. The next morning it was fixed, and my balance was showing.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong here, before the recent Referback takeover by Carmen Media (Belle Rock Entertainment), that was (referback) a subsidiary of PCS too.
