caruso seems to be zero at this point
I wonder if the player with the Europa / Tropez issue will be recipient of the same service, based on an identical complaint?

He said he and investigated and agreed with me completely. This was following a complain to Playtech disputes. I had complained before to Playtech about Grand Banks, and also about some silliness by Monaco Gold, and I have found the service in each case to result in full payment of the monies I have been owed. I have never used any other software provider's dispute resolution service, but from my own experience gentle polite (never abuse the casino when they owe you money!) persistence and clear elucidation of why you are right goes a long way in getting a result.

That said in this case I found out after the fact that the particular 'hidden term', which they have now publicised up front in a satisfactory manner was biting people for a long time, two years or more, before they corrected it.

See e.g., http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...vegas-red.html

It's really difficult to tell what the true face of an organisation is when you cannot get resolution from low-level employees who are often unbending, whether by corporate policy from above or by jobsworth syndrome, as compared to the smoother types like the Elad I spoke to. However, whether they were not enforcing the term for the two years and there was no problem, it does seem like a long time for hiding away 'we can confiscate your money' clauses where the player would not expect to find them.
I'm glad you were (finally) paid thelawnet, and congratulations on your perseverance.

The "Elad" you spoke to at Playtech sounds like Elad Cohen - the CEO and a significant shareholder in the company.

that sounds right.

So it seems that Vegas Red etc is owned/controlled by Playtech itself?

I had exactly the same problem with Casino Del Rio. I see that you have been paid. What is my best course fo action? I filed a Playtech complaint but only got one response from a woman named Iris back in January saying she was busy in London. I filed a PAB but never heard anything. Any suggestions?

I am confiscated for more than $10,000

When I played the terms were not clarified as they are clarified now

When I played only one line in the terms of used warn about playing an excluding game

I played Videopoker and the allowed game blackjack

I won in their group more than 10,000 USD Where is my money ??

Right now it seems not playtech and not the casinomeister is in the process of helping me

Both ignores my email I guess because they are desperate themselves from these casnos while other players can't get their winnings after no term of use was against them.

Am I right Bryan ? Do you think my case is a lost one because of the small note at the terms of use or do you think playtech will do something, do you have any update from playtech or this case in behind you for the small breaching of terms of use ?? or is it just because you are busy ?

Rocky, let us know if they paid you.

The casino and playtech totally ignore my email

Actually, I made an attempt to contact the casino on this, but they never got back to me. Thanks for the reminder - I'll track them down.

Thank you , I will be really glad if they will pay me although my side is not 100% clean.

I played Videopoker and blackjack and there was no attempt to abuse their bonus,I played in good faith and with no intention to abuse.

Why did they put such an important rule that you can not play some games at all in the terms of the promotion ???

They admit on that mistake by putting this sentence in the promotion terms and in bold letters, when I played it was only mention in the terms of use ?

For me to abuse a bonus is to play red and black on the roulette trying to grin a bonus and I made exactly the opposite , I risked more and wager more , i played Videopoker and the blackjack game

It is a lot of money being taken for me and I really feel I was not treated honestly by them.

By the way, they ignore my emails too.
