We understand your point of view in relation to the fact that the email you receive once your cashin is processed explains there is a fee involved with relation to a check payment being processed.

We are in the process of going through each of our casinos banking pages and ensuring that there is a note to state there is a fee associated with a check cashin. Players are urged and encouraged to come to the 24x7 support centre for more information. Our support operators are only too happy to assist with any queries that may arise.

This was in no way an attempt to deceive you as a player of the casinos or an attempt to change our terms and conditions mid-flight.

This appears to be an oversight on our behalf and once again we do appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

As a measure of good faith, we would like for you to please contact us directly either via livechat or email and we will send you a complimentary bonus for keeping us in check!

    All the best.

    Casino Action.
thanks, I did notice that the cashin screens seem to be being worked on, and I hope the new ones are clearer up front.

Where do you guys get the nerves to even charge anyone $8 for a check? If you are in the casino business. ACT LIKE IT! There should be little to no fees to receive ones money. You already have the edge over players. And you receive more than enough money from us to fill your greedy pockets. I can't believe you would charge someone to get their money. I wouldn't dare play with a casino that has such a policy.

Whilst I find the idea of hammering players on withdrawals abhorrent, I have to acknowledge your effort in posting openly on this and taking steps to ensure that the notification is upfront.

You may find that this is a costly move on your part - players have their own unique way of expressing their displeasure....

I got to pay you to receive "My Money." That's the craziest thing I've ever heard of. And people actually do it. I wouldn't give you 1 red cent to pay me my money. Sometimes I drive 2 hours to a live casino. Just so I can get get paid right then and there. I don't have to worry about sending in faxed documents or "Hidden Fees". I always avoid that Insta-Cash from Neteller. I can't withdrawal my $ from Neteller until 7 days. That's crazy! I usually deposit Via Western Union (at a casino that pays for the Fees) and then withdrawal to Neteller and enjoy playing anyway I choice.

People quit allowing these casinos to tell you how to spend and receive your money. You do have choices you Know. Sometimes you have to stand up for what's right.

And charging $8 for a check is DEAD WRONG!!!
