i recieved a nominal "low" 5$ from the casino and played through the play through looking for a second casino with the same slots as betmax casino which i play on and respect because they are true,,and when i page the support on the cashout that i put in they give me this

I think you are being a little to harsh on the casino, remember if you do not read the T & C's of any offer it is not the casino's problem at all. They have placed them on the site and you are responsible for reading them. I admit that I have done it a few times and taken part in an offer without reading the T & C's and you know what its my fault its there in black and white.

Of course I don't agree with the casino changing the T & C's after you have a nice win, but that is why the CM suggests you take a screen shot.

Just remember to read all the fine print before accepting any bonus offers!

A very well put comment, casino's cannot build a good name for themselves if players like yourself abuse them on forums for something you did not do.
