I just want to thank Geisha Lounge support for warning me ahead of time that dealing with them would be a nightmare waiting to happen.

I asked support if I wanted to play other 21 games, which bonus I should use. They told me that the 21 games are all banned. I asked if there was another webpage I could look at for the list of banned games. They pointed me to the same page, that doesn''t mention 21 games at all.

I read your post and know what you mean about what I call the push off.. So many of these sites take our money and then just give us a small amount in return, like help or sorry that can't be done etc. I found a new site DORKSDOGHOUSE that after 2 years of playing online. The other day I won 2000.00 and within 48 hours it was credited back to my cards. I was so impresed that I could not wait to return to them as well as telling all of my friends online. Anyway I hope you will find a site that will treat you well as it is very difficult to do.

I'm trying to pinpoint the problem here. The general T&Cs mention BJ:

I am in the meisters boat here ,not to sure what the issue is but please feel free to advise me either here or PM me -whichever you prefer and i will do my best to assist and answer you.

From the looks of it you are telling me that my Casino staff are confused ?

That might happen as Online Casinos just like any other business have staff turnover and at times you might get an inexperienced person.I am sure that this is not a reason to call us CRAP is it ? But i will ensure that the person you spoke to has further training.It is a tough job bieng a Casino rep.

I asked the rep if I can play 21 games under either the regular or the blackjack bonuses. He replied that they are completely forbidden.

I asked where it said they were forbidden (mostly because I thought I was looking at the wrong page), and he directed me to the same page I was already on.

As Casinomeister has nicely highlighted, the terms and conditions do not ban non-blackjack 21-games, and your reps are giving out info that conflicts with your website. This is a recipe for a disaster.

You are able to play the 21 Games ,i am not sure why the rep gave you that answer but he is incorrect.I will take this up with the Casino partner to ensure that all reps are aware of what is able to be played and not played.You are correct this is not a very good start for you with us.

I still think however that you have been a little bit harsh with the Casino partner.Geisha has made it on to the Meisters list for very good reason and was one of the first RTGs to be on the Meister site.

And yes, I was harsh, but I meant it. I've mostly had good experiences with poker and sports, but my online casino experiences have left me with very mixed feelings. Not because of my results (it's called gambling for a reason), but because the customer service is so hit or miss.

I gamble for fun, to blow off steam and get up or down a few bucks. I was honestly grateful that my issues with your CSR happened before I deposited, while I could still say "fuck it, I'm just going to put more into my regular, instead". Arguing with customer service, in any industry, is the polar opposite of fun.

I hear you and you are correct -When you go online and play at a place it is meant to be fun and having a bad time with support is not a very good start

This type of feedback is important for a lot of reasons and i am glad that you brought it up as i can now go to the management of the Casinos and say things are not so good in this area do something about it.
