The story begins When I made the withdraw of $58.50, I phoned the cusomer support : 1 877 528 2496

One Lady named Giozanwa confirmed my withdraw , however she request I must have a purchase from neteller first , otherwise it wont be processed.

I told her my neteller acc# , neteller email address , the Fraustrated scene happened:

she said:" Its ridiculous to withdraw in case NO deposit" , I responed" just follow your terms and conditions on webpage" , she laughed me back:" I read it everydays".... Up to this , I have no words .

Does anyone have the same experience like this , $58.5 is minor , However I deeply feel hurt on that....

I can only assume they mean the max cashout is $50 if no purchase is made. Try requesting the flat $50 and eat the rest...

Sounds to me like the smarta.. was trying to belittle you for withdrawing on a no deposit bonus. If i was the manager of this outfit that person would be gone in a heartbeat.

Also, where does it say you have to make a deposit to withdraw from this promo? It doesnt.

Sounds like another example of incompetent rude so called "customer service" people.

They must pay these people $2/hr.

There isn't a $50 limit to the withdrawal.. I know someone who cashed out $100 from the freebie (to Neteller.. no deposit required). I'd give it another try and make sure you speak to a different support person. The only reason you wouldn't be eligible for the cashout would be if you played restricted games.. what did you play?

The way I cant stand is that she laughed me at such no deposit but withdraw actions.

I studied the terms again,its certain that she is little bit out of line. It seems obviously no deposit and wager required.

For the terms of withdraw , is she simply wrong or just an excuse to delay/deny the pay? Hope them work out on this question.

What's wild is he's right. There's no T&C lined out for the $12 free - they only cover purchase bonuses.

I just love when you go to their site it throws up an alert asking if you want to download the software - before the page even loads. Then when you exit their site, it opens a popup and sends you to some other site.

Update:

Things got changed.

I reverse the withdraw and make it to 118.5, then the neteller acc# withdraw option appears . They had manually added my neteller acc# to withdraw.
