    Threats from BetRoyal

Here's quite an interesting story, Thursday night I decided to give BetRoyal a shot. I spoke with support before depositing to make sure I had everything clear on the bonus terms. Then I deposit $200 and was then told I couldn't recieve a bonus. So I said fine, I'll just take my business elsewhere. I called up their support and spoke with the manager about getting my money back to my Neteller account. He told me that I would have to send in verification documents and wait 10 business days before I would recieve my cashout. I disagreed with this and we argued back and forth for a bit, until I finally gave in and sent him my forms.
We'll not being real happy about this and making a rash decision I wrote "go f*** yourselves", in the body of the email I sent them with my forms. Now I'll be the first one to admit that this was in bad taste, and I should not have done that, but what happened next is just plain unexcusable.
About 10 minutes later I recieved a phone call from the manager that I spoke with earlier, when I picked up the phone he said, "go f*** myself, go f*** myself? No f*** you! We are coming after you!" I immediatly hung up the phone. Not 5 minutes later I get another call from the same number. This time he says, "We will not stop coming after you, we have people in your area that are coming to find you." Again I hung up on them.
So the next day I called back thier CS number and asked to speak with a manager again. I explained to him what had happened and told him that I wouldnt post anything on the forums until his investigation was complete.
Well today he called me back and told me that no action was going to be taken because it was my fault and I had originally started it. It's my fault that I recieved threatening phone calls!
I'm not one to come and slander casinos on the forums, but what kind of casino will defend thier employees that make threatening phone calls to customers? My advice to you is to stay far, far away from BetRoyal.

They're not joking either. I'd watch your back if I was you. This taken from sportsbookreview

Royal Sports (SBR rating D) Tej sends armed men to intimidate SBR staff, SBR agrees to allow a corrected SBR Newswire. SBR reports no corrected report offered by Royal Sports. After sending three armed thugs to detain SBR staff in Costa Rica it was decided SBR would give Royal Sports a week to clarify the SBR report that the infamous Tej was in fact the new owner of Royal Sports. Tej’s thugs were arrested without incident by heavily armed Costa Rican police while the forced meeting between Royal Sports and SBR was still taking place. SBR appreciates the remarkable response time and overwhelming force employed by Costa Rican police.

Royal Sports has now declined to issue a corrected statement as promised leaving little doubt that the original report by SBR was correct.

Tej’s tactics of intimidation threaten the industry and give critics of gaming in Costa Rica fuel for their argument that gaming attracts thugs, organized crime and other undesirables.

    My apologies.

I sent IG-88 with a trifecta of the most lethal bounty hunters to locate this... "manager"... 3-earth-days ago. Captain Needa has informed me that IG-88 has been probing BetRoyal as we speak. Apparently, 4-LOM has been sending this... "manager"... f*** you messages repeatedly during that time. I'm sure this character is a bit on edge as we speak. Frankly, I don't agree with 4-LOM's methods (and he should be using Nextel over Sprint for all of these long-distant calls to Costa-Rica), as I'm not even sure that he speaks proper English (yet), but his services do come with some pretty high-credentials over various galaxies. Sometimes, it's best to look the other way...

If IG-88 can't get the job done (he costs an arm-and-a-leg), I'm going to send a Wampa (via FedEx) to pay a visit on the 7th floor of a certain building in Costa Rica, and it's not BoDog (if you catch my meaning).

you should go to your localpolice and have them come to your house and listen in on another line while you call them back and say how scared and sorry you are and see if he threatens you more. There must be some federal or international laws against making threats to do bodily harm over phone lines. If not maybe the Casinomeister can get the Flaming Butt Pirates involved

    Yes, they all do.

I've recommended that gmblpdam contact his local law enforcement officials. Making threats over the phone should be taken seriously. In fact, there should be no reason not to contact the FBI since this call was made from overseas.

RTG should be contacted -- I've given gmblpdam contact information there as well.

I don't buy the fact that the management drops the case because the player started this. This is customer "support" and they are not selling shoes. For a manager to call a customer an make threats is abhorant and this "manager" should be fired immediately. Any reputable casino/sportsbook that takes its business seriously would sack this person without question and make an apology.
