Let me rephrase: both Playtech and RTG should be contacted. Betroyal is using Playtech software, but their marketing/support falls under Virtual Casino (RTG). The software providers should be clued in to what their licensees are doing.Originally Posted by elscrabinda

I fully agree the way this was dealt with was just plain unacceptable, and I can understand your frustration at not being able to get "your" money back. But I do think that perhaps writing defamatory language on the documents whould have pissed anyone off. Besides from my experiences with online casino's the documents don't go to the manager.Originally Posted by gmblpdam

Gmplplan, please dont deposit anymore money with this group or its various guises.
betroyal is part of the virtual network. i'm guessing this offer you got from betroyal is another "too good to be true" offer that dropped into your email inbox.
one thing i should have mentioned on the other thread is that when one of their groups has ripped you off, they then email you from another of their groups and do the same trick again.
basically similiar to these lottery scams, where if you reply to one you will be inudated with offers from others who now have you on their "mug" list.
i think this could be a good time for lanidar to join this thread, (s)he should be able to help you out with a comprehensive list of all the casinos in this group.
wonder where he is?
Obviously the calls were out of line in a business situation. People have had not similar slow-pay type problems in the past, in addition to a weekly or monthly limit. Bur it does seem like they usually or always pay (in the end) My own experience is that I requested a significant cashout but under their limits over 3 weeks ago. I replied with my scanned id 3 days later the same day they mailed me. 7 days later they write me and ask for id again (not saying it was bad, just they didnt have it). I sent it out with a copy of the first email i sent them with it all in it right away. I gave it a few days before I checked back in betroyal - full deposit reversed, no email. I talk to a CSR who says yup, my id is on file and fine, I am free to cash out. He promised me that he would work with his manager to expedite the cashout. That was 6 days ago now, I'm not sure how their work weak was but assuming they had 5 days, does that seem like a speedy assistance? Never the less I am 100% convinced they will pay me everything they owe me. But the word is they definitely run much longer cashout times compared to other playtechs. With an approach like that for cashflow one wonders (or doesnt wonder, based on this thread) what else they are up to.
You are absolutely right. I had BetRoyal call me today trying to get me to deposit, ha! And I also had Prism casino call me and try to get me to deposit today. I'm still alive though, but staying out of Costa Rica.Originally Posted by scrollock
Good for you not to deposit at prism. I tried to withdraw a mere 20 bucks more than 2 years ago. They locked me out and have not received any reply from them since. I PMed their manager, who was,or maybe still is, a member here, but he never replied.Originally Posted by gmblpdam
