    I know its just bad luck that it is why it is not a complaint but a crappy run at a new place just puts me off

    Although I always try to avoid any bonuses, under 'mass-psychose' about $15 freerolls bonus, I applied for it too! Let me tell, it took less than 2 seconds to lose it, so honestly I dont' understand so much discussion about it!

    So I want to deposit normally and play but I dont' see any roulette or JOB games I've sent an enquiry to CS but didn't get answer yet. This MG looks somehow different.., I am a little bit confused about games-menu.

    Hey Lydia, RR is a "slots only" casino, hence the Reels part in the name. I guess they thought they'd try something a little different. Personally, I like it because I am a slots only player.

    So what are the cases of UK player fraud. It seems to me eith their retrosective change in Terms and Conditions, that it is the US players that are playing in GBP that have been winning from them.

    It seems that most of all the problems stated so far have been deposit related.

    A word of warning.....THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING OF YOUR PROBLEMS. JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU TRY TO CASHOUT. IT ONLY GETS WORSE!!!


    This casino's lack of professionalism, making up of rules that don't exist, improperly interpeting the T&C's and out right lieing about wagering requirements not being met preventing me from making a second withdrawal (from the same bonus) after they have already paid me my first cashout is totally unacceptable.

    Yes, I can prove all of what I just stated as I have emails. I am still waiting for a response from my last attempt to get them to do the right thing. If I don't get satisfaction I will PAB SOON!!!!

    Are Grand Prive` following the footsteps of Integrity LTD's demise too? After that crash nothing surprises me these days.

    something happened to me with roadhouse reels a few weeks ago.I made a credit card deposit of 60.00 for a 100% bonus.Ran through the money in minutes and made another deposit of 61.00 which lasted less than ten minutes.So the next day I log in and AMAZINGLY!!! the bonus of $60 has been credited.So I blow through that in record time.A few days later I check my card balance online and there is a $60 and $61 dollar charge. Every thing is ok so far.The credit card then goes into the next months statement and about ten days later I check it and there is another $60 and $61 dollar charge from the same processing service with the same transaction date but it posted seven days after the first.Havent used the card for anything else in this time frame.So I call roadhouse and tell them and I get the BS you have to scan and send us a copy of your statement etc. This is a few hours before I am going on vacation so I figure I'll do it when I return. Come back a week later and it slipped my mind.So I double check my statement and the 60 and $61 dollar charges have been credited back to my card.Without scanning and sending anything.It makes me wonder how many times in the past this has happened and I didnt catch it with other casinos.I know it hasnt happen more than once with roadhouse because they suck up my money so fast that I wont use them again. It also makes me wonder if they would have done anything about it if I hadnt brought it to their attention.Theres a new bonus twist, We will give you a bonus but double charge your card for it.

    It's been about 24 hours and I have not received any response from Roadhouse Reels. Anybody surprised???? I know I am not. I just sent another email stating that I am taking there lack of response as an agreement to what was stated in my email. I told them I am going to cashout again and if it is not honored in a timely manner then I would ask for involvement from Casinomeister.

    These guys are a joke. You can't hardly get an email response from them and when you do it is untruthful and or incorrect information.
