Very Slow Pay From Sunny Group

I had a withdrawal in pending for 8 days now. It has since came out of pending but they are telling me this:

Our cashier, Laurel, has confirmed all withdrawals remain in pending for 5-10 business days after which it is processed.

But they tell me it will be sometimes next week when it's processed. The affiliate I signed up at stated "3 business days."

I have now closed my account with Sunny Group and won't be using their casinos anymore until they change such policies.

I've wondered about this group. I did have an account there, and did play some there, but quit later on when I decided to stick to CM approved. Isn't this the Donald Trump group? Any other experiences?
    Cheers,

Sunny Group has been around for a long time - it's one of the veterans, based I think in Trinidad. They own land casino/s too.

They've made some pretty ambitious claims in the past about Casino Fortune being the biggest online casino in the world which I have my doubts about, and they went through a stage where they were making some pretty outrageous but eye-catching PR claims, but in general they seem to be safe enough.

Lord Have Mercy, I find it kind of interesting how you refer to having played at "Sunny Group", instead of noting which particular CASINO you played.
Just for my own curiosity, which casino was it?

If they claim to be "the biggest online Casino" out there I have to say that they do offers some pretty cheesy VIP-treatment to their customers.

I have always been paid nicely by the Sunny Group over the past few years and their customer service has been the best that I have experienced at any Playtech-Casino too, however, they seem to be offering nothing for their selected customers but plain bogus.

I am apparently on a higher "VIP-level" at their Casinos but am not even reading their newsletters anymore as there is pretty much nothing but silly riddles, word-puzzles or other contests advertised in there, that perhaps would attract some bored Bingo player (no pun intendet ), but not so a gambler.
I believe that one needs to lose money worth a small car in order to win one of their tournaments and there is nothing anymore that attracts me for continuous loyalty at their Casinos.
They are FAR away from being a "big Casino" there.

    Is this just my opinion???

    Arrow SunnyGroup...

I would say that out of all the customers support teams for PlayTech casino's, I too found that they're probably the best WHEN I used to go there (although Royal Dice was THE BEST in my mind a few years ago). Back in '03 when I used to go to their "Big-4", probably because I never won, they were EXTREMELY generous with bonuses (thank you kindly Lana Lane... online rep. ). But, I NEVER won. Once, just once, I had made a withdrawal request, for about $100, and I (sigh) reversed it. I was later told that they were going to wave the pending period, AND that I could have gotten my money the next day (via NeTeller). True or not, I'll never know.

They used to have a GREAT reputation (specifically Mapau... and maybe they still do) prior to making their move from MG to PlayTech, and in fact, they used to advertise here at Casinomeister.com (must mean that they were pretty darn good). I think that they're a legit organization, but I suck there (minus the turtlesque .10 cent BJ), so I won't be going back.

It's Mapau Casino. They do infact pay. But what is getting on my nerves is my withdrawal will be nearly 14 days old before I get it. That is tooooooooooooooooooooooooo long of await. I won $3000+ it took 10 days and this one is for $700 and it will be 14+ days. Even my VIP level has went up. But the withdrawal time is lacking. I even gave them over $25,000 in casino action in 1 day.

I really am stunned now; Just -today- I received the first legit offer from their VIP Club in ages. -Wow!
I am glad that they at least seem to show a bit of appreciation again. Let's see where it ends.

I finally was paid by Sunny Group yesterday after a 11 day waiting period. I forgot I had a $100 cashin that went pending for 19 days and was sent along with the rest. I have closed my account with them. Dued to slowness of cashins. They do pay, but I warn you to wait it out if you want it.

I guess the first thing worth saying is that I'm happy for you that they honoured your withdrawal (which they're known to do anyway).

Personally, despite the fact that they DID pay, I'm glad to see that you closed your account based on your own code-of-ethics. I think many people are just so glad to get their money, that they overlook (or instantly sweep aside) the frustration that came with it.

I would be curious to see if they send you any emails in response to your closing down your account despite being payed. They could come back to you with promises of a faster payout (which they very well could), but they should consider these consequences prior to making winners lives uncomfortable. Like you, not every player is going to overlook incompetence.

It's a shame really, considering that Mapau (Sunny Group) was once one of the more prestigious online casinos a few (or even a couple) years back. I don't think they're bad (certainly nowhere near "roguesque"), but they could be SO MUCH better.
