This happened to me, too. Why can casinos not whitelist their real players e-mail addresses?

hi there, i had exactly the same thing with this group, i'd cash out, they would bounce it back to account, no emails, emails ignored etc etc. i know what you are going through, however i would like to say that after posting on here the rep for this group helped me out and sorted it no time for me.

i guess if you havn't heard from him that he is on holiday, but if he is ignoring you then i would suggest that the CM change the title of my original post back to what it was

the title was IIRC "allslots are thieves"

They have a default SPAM filter and it spots all Jackpot Factory E-mails as SPAM and deletes them. Other UK ISPs may be doing the same. from the UK 0800 917 9087 (All Jackpots) and 0800 917 4615 (All Slots). Their UK player base is tiny compared to the US, and they are not giving us the standard of service that they offer their main US market.
I am VIP there, and am having a hell of a time with my cash-ins to Neteller. They seriously need to put systems in place to address their smaller markets, which may become their main market if the US Senate get their way in the end!
To make a first withdrawal you may well be asked for a photo ID (Drivers Licence will do), and images of any cards used to make deposits. Given that you have to give a contact phone no on registration they DO have another means to contact you, and should have tried this in case you were not getting the E-mails.
Try also sending a PM to "Jackpot Factory" on this board. I have rattled his cage somewhat, and you should now get a reply in about a week.
Other routes to try are eCogra and Pitch a Bitch, but these should not be necessary - but after 4 months I can feel for your frustration, this is far too long to resolve something.
The most likely reason for your withdrawal being put back into your account is the system detecting an outstanding WR. Players are sometimes given random, and sometimes small, bonuses. You will not necessarily notice, and this will be enough to ruin any tracking of WR you may be doing.
You will not see bonuses credited in Cashcheck, they appear as adjustments in the Playcheck logs, and damn hard to find if you are playing at the time they are credited. This is a shortcoming in MG Playcheck - it does not seem to let you filter on bonus credits as it does on games, but one trick is to use the filter and select a game you NEVER play and then select detailed view. You will either have no entries, or will see the bonus additions, including a description of the promotion they relate to. This may be of little help though as 4 months have passed, and the records may have purged.
    vinyl you are a star!!!

just phoned them and found out that i am actually just shy of the WR, so its my fault, but hey if this group was a lot easier to get hold of this would of been resolved a long while ago.

ive seen the UK phone no. on their site tonight, but i'm fairly sure they didn't have one when i signed up,but contact makes a lot problems get sorted a lot easier and quicker.

    Phone No

The problem with many groups is that the main US phone number is displayed clearly on the site, the others are a lot harder to find. Often they are buried in sub-pages of the FAQ and Help sections, and often take the form of a drop down menu, select your country and the contact number arrives in a pop-up (turn blockers off first!). The number will also often be in your welcome E-mail, which of course you were not getting.
Perhaps the Meister could construct a full "how to get hold of" database for all the accredited casinos. This could later be expanded to include them all, and should include home phone No of the rogues so we can plague them in their sleep The information is there, but not all in one place.
I have my own list of UK specific contact details of my casino portfolio if any one else from here is having trouble.
I hope your withdrawal goes OK once you complete that last bit of wagering. Muchos Grande was pretty hot at All Slots with treasure hunts every 20 to 30 spins. At All Jackpots though it was completely cold - 200 spins for the map & a lousy 750 coins
I am sure these slots play better for the KasinoKings of this world playing the 1c (1p) coin.
