I'm not sure why you are particularly looking for non-european casinos. There are a wide range of accredited casinos that accept Canadian players, even if they are based in the EU. 32Red (MG), Bet365 (Playtech), 3Dice (proprietory) are regulars in my play. There's also the NetEnt providers.
