    Foxwoods-Two Trees Inn

I was there yesterday to check in for 1 night. Had made the reservation, using my points alone, about 2 months ago. At that time the hotel immediately deducted my points for payment of the room.

While checking in yesterday, the desk clerk asked how I was intending to pay. I replied I would be paying with my points. The clerk then states, you don't have enough points to pay. I then say "that's because they already deducted a bunch of my points for this room on the day I reserved".
The clerk then says " Ohh, yeah I see it now, OK".
This is not meant to be a huge complaint. Just wondering if other patrons have found rhe hotel attempting to get something more from a guest?
I would think that when I gave the clerk my confirmation # and she had it up on her computer screen my payment would be readily obvious.

The above experience coupled with a few other experiences in the casino makes me watch more carefully. A few times at the craps table I've had to correct the Boxman/Pit Boss while 'coloring in' after a winning session at the craps table. It is not at all unusual for them to count incorrectly and always in the casino's favor. (I am not speaking of regular dealers at the tables. I have always found dealers to be honest)

Just my observation and wondering if others have had similar experiences.

Wonder if the Box Man, Pit Boss get attaboy points from management if they keep thr table loss down during their shift?
