Yea...to get around PA's anti-gambling laws (that don't bar slots...lol), all games have to be in a form of a slot machine, if that makes sense. I read up on it, and no matter what you're playing - BJ, 3 card, Roulette, Slots, VP - you're basically playing a Slot machine. It's crazy.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

Are they random legit VP/BJ machines made by legit machine manufacturers or are they like Slotland or w/e that place is called?

IF they are like the machines in WV....and i am not saying that they are....they are video lottery machines. In WV all the bars have them. But never ever to be confused with real casino slots.....they have a lot of the same games/etc....but the way they work is just like you went out and bought a scratch card....same principle.....

The machines at Harrahs Chester are just like the ones at the Tropicana in Atlantic City. Hope that helps
