    Caesars Indiana?

I haven't been there in awhile, and was wondering how it is nowadays...

    Any suggestions?

Spent some time with CI's management in Nashvegas and they call about every six months but Belterra is much nicer imo assuming the recent WallStreet massacre and the credit crunch that has hit Pinnacle hard has not affected their actual onsite operations.

Not bad, but an hour further out of the way from Evansville...

Have you been to the new casino in French Lick? http://www.frenchlick.com/gaming/gaming.asp

From what I've heard, the casino in FL is attracting customers away from Aztar in Evansville, which is only 90 minutes away. I talked with my mom the other day and she said that business is way down at Aztar, and they might close up shop in the near future....They had a potential buyer for it, but they backed out because business was so bad.

FWIW, the same company that owns Aztar also owns the Trop in AC.

    http://www.tradingmarkets.com/.site/...0News/1058550/

State records show that visitors to Casino Aztar dropped by 42,000 last year -- from 1.539 million to 1.497 million.
