Gripe: Playing VP at the bar

I am a very positive person, and when you gamble I think you should keep in a positive mindframe. What bugs the hell out of me are the people that sit next to you and tell you "I haven't won anything all day" or when they get a bonus round they say "I bet I get a dollar". I have been looking at them and saying " with that attitiude you won't win anything" That usually shuts them up.

or.... 'yeah, it figgers, of course I get a bonus when I go back to pennies...' instead of "wooohoooo woodja look at that!!!"

I had great success at one time in business because I simply wouldn't see the negative and every 'problem' was just an opportunity... I didn't understand the word, "no" nor even entertain the possibility that it would not succeed. But... I trusted the wrong persons and lost it all... every now and then I get a spark of that feeling again, but 'reality' vanquishes it quick enough... soon though I'll have the great ideas again... but that's off-topic and, yeah if you're having fun you will attract fun people (and some parasitical scumbags )
