when did this take place? post-sept-11. your flippin fault. your government got the notion that terrorists can get into canada from abroad more easily, and then use the lax border security to sneak into the states. coming soon you will need a full-on passport (or also coming soon a standardized identity card like european nations have) to pass through the border.

but in all my life it's been a good idea to bring your birth cert when crossing the border, because they can request it (if only to give you a hard time) if they choose. i hope you know that customs officers are above the law. they can tear your car apart and leave it disassembled (and therefore you stranded), without any probable cause whatsoever. they can interrogate you for hours if they think you might have any knowledge of anything. best to be very honest and courteous, and have any docs ready that they might ask of you (including custody papers if you are divorced/separated and bring your kids with you).

Totally agree with what Happy said about Customs. It's best to think of the border as an airport - ABSOLUTELY NO JOKES ABOUT TERRORISM, BOMBS, etc. - or you'll end up on the evening news before you'll get home.

    Canadian Casinos

They had a $3-$5 min for Sic Bo, and a $5 min for Casino War and $5 min for Roulette during the morning and $5 table for craps at Casino Niagara.

Fallsviews is more upscale and the customer's pay for it, through higher minimum bets.

I wouldn't mind information on Casino Rama, Caesar's in Windsor/Old Casino Windsor?

Min and Max bets, games, when the best times are for play, comp program, customer service, all the good stuff .

    CNE Casino

What date does the CNE Casino start and where can you get a list of official rules and regulations by the province, for these games in case of a rules dispute?

I lived in BC for a brief period a few years ago.

The Lake City in Kelowna I really like.

There's a Lake City in Kamloops too, but it isn't as nice.
