Last Night I saw Kenny Rogers at the Mohegan Sun Casino.

What a awsome concert.
It put Christmas in the air that's for sure.

An update for Foxwoods.
The game Show Family Feud Live will be at Foxwoods from February 4th to March 27th 2008.
Evening shows 7pm Monday-Thursday
excluding March 3,4,5,6
Matiness 2pm Wednesdays
Extra Matiness
March 13,20,27
If you don't get free tickets yourself please ask me.
I will be at the show on Feb 27th if you would like to go on that day.

Bingo T, do you know if there are any other good casinos (with hotel) in New England? A friend of me and I are going on a 4 week holiday roundtrip in August, but we are writing the the itiniary alreday now

And from this thread we definitly going to the Mohegan sun for a night or two

Love staying at casinos when driving around in the US, has been to many quirky casinos on our previous trips...

You also have Twin River Casino in Rhode Island.A little place in Mass for poker & Dog Track,And you have the new MGM Casino at Foxwoods that will open in May of 2008.And Atlantic City in NJ.
But I would stay between Foxwoods & The Mohegan Sun.
The Twin River is nice but as you gamble you have to pay for your drinks.

That's a deal breaker BingoT lol. Mohegan Sun is my all time fave here. Once in awhile they send me a free night stay and always discounted rates.

I would think they are all going to step up on their offers with all the competition coming up.

I have been to the mohegan sun once and loved it...the food is to die for. I have never been to foxwoods, there are bus trips to these casinos from my home town every week but really have not thought of going recently.

I am also fairly close to turning stone, I think thats the name

I was about to book Mohegan Sun, but 259 dollas a night (midweek)

Not much to play for after the hotel bill is paid

Well, 259$ is the rate I get at their webpage - we will arrive 27 August and planned to stay two nights.

(I liked Avi casino in Laughlin, 19$ a night - and I didnt care that the cocktailwaitresses were about 70 years old. All of them.
