3 men go to the white house to bid on a job to men a broken fence. One man is from Kentucky another from Florida and the 3rd one is from Chicago. The first man from Florida looks at the job takes some measurements and says $900. $400 for supplies $400 for labor and $100 profit for me. The 2nd guy from Kentucky looks at the job takes some measurements and says $700. $300 for supplies $300 for labor and $100 profit for me. The 3rd guy from Chicago doesn't take any measurements and doesn't even look at the job he just says $2700. The man hiring the job says how can you quote $2700 you didn't even look at the job or take any measurements. The guy from chicago leans down and whispers $1000 for me, $1000 for you and we will hire the guys from Kentucky.
