Rant of a CSR

Ok this not really a joke, this all real life. And not sure where to write it but hey it still stupid as ever.

Lately there been many players that apparently are blind, they do not read the websites, promotional terms or even the big letters in the terms showing that certain promotions have limits. Yet always every single day we as CSR have to be verbally abused for other peoples mistakes. We get paid for this of course but today was a record of this strange blaming game.

Players claim some free cash, play for a while and loose. What does player think, it is the casinos fault they cheating him out of cash we made available for him. No matter if he played at 20-40 spins a minuted for 10 minutes and $1 a spin, no that has nothing to do with it. Because we as csr are always big brother and will hit the automatic cheat button, at least according to the players.

More fun comes of course when they say things like, we will get the FBI and hunt you down, somehow I got to smile because one they broke the rules and so we could send them his way. But somehow empty treats are the only thing left that they have. True I admit sometimes the rules of the game can be a bit left in the dark, but it is the players obligation to make sure to read any promotion terms before claiming something. You wouldn't go to a car dealership, just pick a car and say bill to this without seeing if there any fees, financing agreements, etc.

Then there the players that believe they own the casino, because the made 1 deposit 3 years ago they should get free money weekly, these we just try to ignore.

Still it seems that the promise of free money to some seems something like a right, while this is a privilege. You don't have right to free cash the casino has the right to give it to you or not, this is pretty much in every single casino agreement out there.

Ok ranting, but just got a headache from number 504 and the issues never change, neither do their attitude. Tips to players, you catch more csr and promotions with honey then with a nuclear stand off.

And know people will flame this, but hey wrote it in the joke part so :p

Well since your "Jokeing", I guess I won't point out that after all the crap that players have been put through in the last year (a lot of it unnecessary and directly caused by the casinos and incompetent casino service reps) any online casino employee (especially a service rep) is lucky they can walk the streets without getting beat up or having rocks and bottles thrown at them...

As far as to my knowledge the places I work and worked for did not string along players, we been very upfront with our issues and any account problems.

Many other places don't do this I agree.

And not every player is like this either, but it seems when free money is in play anything is possible.

First: What's the point to this thread, it's not a joke and there is no place for this kind of stuff anymore

Second: I barely understood anything you wrote because the translator you chose is horrible.

Not a very good start

I have to wonder what Solarrocker's boss would think of him posting this sort of stuff? Perhaps personnel selection, training and discipline are so casual at SR's casino that noone cares anyway.

BTW that wouldn't happen to be a Rival powered casino by any chance, would it?

Mate, a minority of members of the public can be difficult, hard to please, maybe greedy and even aggressive - but it goes with the CSR territory and you have to learn to handle it with courtesy and self-discipline, because the customer pays the bills and gives you a job. This is what you do!

Didn't they tell you this in your induction and training?

I would suggest that you suck it up, or go and get a job that you actually like!
