Well it is the topp floor, so i can greet people, before BingoT :-)
And since all have to pass me and drink beer and stuff, all other profit from it, since it is a fact that people tend to spend more, when they are in an alcoholic state.

And the penthouse is always located at the top floor. In this case at level 0 or b1, or maybe it is the other way around if it is underground. Then the penthouse would be located at the bottom. Hm hard to have a pool there.
