    Rialto Casino & Rialto Affiliates representative

    Hi, my name is Carlo and I'm the program manager for Rialto Affiliates.

    I'm here to help and resolve any issues that anyone has with our Casino product. I don't manage the casino itself but I am here to help any of you who have issues at the casino as I have a direct ear to casino management.

    Hopefully you don't have problems but in the event you do, I'm here to help.

    Hi Carlo.

    It is nice to see casino and affiliate folks sign up to help players with any questions or issues. I do not know your casino or affiliate program but I am in the USA and would guess we are not allowed to play at Rialto Casino?

    Rialto Casino is a TopGame Casino so yes, USA players are allowed. I wish I could find a TopGame that paid out in 24hrs or less, that was accredited and didn't have crappy CS. If you find one of those, let me know.

    On another note, enjoy the forum Carlos! I hope you and your casino do well, maybe you can get some of the issues settled on the forum with Rialto!

    I would be THRILLED to find a topgame that paid in 24 DAYS, let alone 24 hours. Find me one that pays, if at all, within two months and I'll be playing tomorrow!

    Thanks for the welcome.

    Bear in mind not all casinos that are Top Game are the same, just as not all RTG/Rival/Microgaming/Playtech/Crytologic casinos are. Some are better than others, unless operated by the same company, most are different.

    I'm not here to publicise the casino or endorse it, just to help fix any issues that players have here at Rialto.

    Payouts are an interesting topic as most casinos either quickly payout, slowly payout, pay partial payouts or don't payout at all. Sometimes processor problems occur but for the most part we do our best to honor a payout and get it to the player ASAP.

    Anyway, thanks again for the welcome and be lucky and have fun at the casino of your choice.

    Hi Carlo - welcome to the forums.

    I've actually always liked the TG software but share my fellow gamblers' sentiments towards the lack of a decent TG casino... Payout time for TG casinos are known to be atrocious and you very deftly avoided giving specific information about Rialto Casino specifically ... Can you give us some more information about what your average payout times are? I for one would be happy to play at a TG casino if it wasn't such a headache to withdraw winnings.

    Hi all,

    I also signed up to the forum at the behest of Carlo since I am leading the team that deals more with the players on a daily basis.

    On most occasions withdrawals are very speedy, meaning within 48 hrs, weekends may take a bit longer.
    This all of course depends on whether we have all the documentation received and approved by the finance department.

    All the people here are seasoned industry professionals and the CS staff have been very well trained and courteous so we welcome you to give us a try.

    Seasoned professionals have taken till 2011 to solve a problem from 2009 - not exactly what I would call "seasoned professionals".

    We have seen other examples of the "professionalism" of Top Game customer care agents, indeed some have won Casinomeister awards for their somewhat unique contributions to customer care

    Whilst many Top Game casinos claim to be independent, they all seem to read from the same script, with little or no deviation between the different casinos. This is only logical when one assumes that all the different casinos are obeying directives from the same owners and/or top managers.

    Rival tried to pull the same trick, and have now been outed - it turns out that only FOUR of the many different Rival operators were really independent, and the same is probably true of Top Game.

    Many Top Game casinos have come here to try and convince us that they are above the rest, and in the end they have been found out.

    Only US players are likely to be tempted, but that is only because they don't have much of a choice now that Rival have pulled out along with all the Level 11 (Microgaming clone) casinos.

    If you have solid investor backing, you should be able to afford a Kahnawake license, and you could still run all your back office operations from Costa Rica. A Kahnawake license would make a good deal of difference, since it would give players someone to complain to when things go wrong. I don't think writing a letter to the Costa Rican gambling regulator will do much good

    The problem hadn't surfaced again for 2 years and was another isolated incident which we seem to have cleared up quite promptly.

    There are no directives from TopGame as to how we operate at all.
    We know how to run casinos and we do it honestly and professionally.

    We have no relationships with any other TopGame casinos and we welcome any challenges to prove we are a reputable casino.

    I have already asked the operations manager to look into your suggestion of getting a Kahnawake license.

    This alone (should you get it) will be evidence that you are not "just another Top Game clip joint".

    Now that you have made yourself known here, you may find yourselves under greater scrutiny than the other Top Game casinos, most of which have already been written off as "clip joints".

    You can now ask Bryan (the site owner) to make you the official rep, and have you listed as the contact for player issues. How you then deal with any issues will be used to inform members how you differ from the unruly crowd that is Top Game. It will be helpful to your casino's credibility to cooperate with Max if any of your players decide to use their "one free shot" PAB at your casino.
