Bet24 Casino taking my winnings

I was advised that someone here would be able to help me.. I signed up to bet24 casino recently, played the welcome bonus and was lucky enough to win. I than withdrew £634, however my winnings have been taken from my account as two people have signed up from the same household.

This is because i mentioned this casino to my sister, who then signed up to the same casino. She has experienced the same because she also won. Ok fair enough they have closed and took my sisters winnings, but what has that got to do with me? I WAS THE FIRST FROM THIS HOUSEHOLD TO SIGN UP!

I am not sure what to do now as they are saying only one account per household is allowed. doesn't that mean my account should still stand? what right do they have to take my winnings? it just seems like an excuse not to pay someone.

You should try reading the casino rules before you and your family go merrily down the road at the same casino! In my opinion, you deserve to lose your winnings, and if you are very lucky, they might return your original deposit and feel nice enough to let you try again.

It would be nice if players would figure out how to avoid these messes simply by reading all the terms and rules for the casino before they go off and get themselves in a muddle.
