First Post - opening intro - Rambling LONG comments, so be warned

    Hello all,

I found this site AFTER I had made some mistakes, but fortunately these weren't too expensive in terms of my money. I guess I have been learning by trial, error, and experience, especially in regards to ALWAYS reading the T&C. Now that I have been here lurking for awhile, I am much more informed and ask a lot more questions of the sites I choose to play at.

First experience was with Slots Oasis, did initial deposit of $100 with bonus from them of 200 or 300% I forget which now, it was last fall. Ran that money up to $7,500 but since it was my first experience with an online casino I really didn't know the rules. Broke a bunch of them inadvertently, played VP when it was a slots only bonus, tried to cash out before I had met the WR, got approved for cashout anyhow.........but then 3 days later got the inevitable email that I had violated the T&C and all my winnings were forfeited. Oh well, my fault for not being fully informed. They did return my initial deposit and bonus as I recall, just no winnings.

THen I began to shop for bonuses (Bonus Whore? is that the term?) Found Club World and have had nothing but GOOD experiences, other than some minor slip ups in info from CS, but I have learned to always keep an email copy of the chat and then use that to reference back to site when there has been a problem. I don't like the games grouping of the Random Jackpots since it does seem harder to hit. But then again I have hit several so no real bitch. I found it is better to concentrate my play at one or two of the Club World Sites in order to maximize the VIP daily bonus and the monthly Loyalty Bonus. Quite a surprise to get that Loyalty bonus when I didn't know it was part of the program.

Super Slots was a good site, fastest payouts I had seen to my QT account. Very responsive Customer service. However, I am limited to playing only a few games there. Most of their games won't play properly on my brand new computer. Reels just keep spinning and it takes literally minutes to complete one spin/game. They told me to update Flash player which I did, but still only a few games work. I have NO problems playing games at any other site.

I also have experienced the BAD associated with Royal Ace and Silver Oak. Bonus incentives are great, but it takes forever and requires VIP services internvention to get paid and even then it takes at least 2-3 weeks from initial request. I was demoted from VIP status with them and branded as a "Beater" per Nick Green of their VIP dept. I tried to cash out $10,000 after winning a $7,500 "Random Jackpot" and he told me that they would honor the payout in gradual payments, but that I was no longer allowed to receive any more bonuses. I protested vehemently since the bulk of my winnings were from Random Jackpot ----- but Casino Manager wouldn't budge on my status. How can I "beat" their system other than pressing bets when running good and then the occasional hit of a random jp that they control?

So I exercised my option to run away from them after that. About a week ago I got a call from "Sam" in VIP saying that they had "missed me" and would give me $150 free play to return ----- I blasted him with all the bad stuff, he promised he would do better and that Nick (who stopped returning my phone calls) was so busy but Sam would give me better service. He was going to follow up with an email to give me his contact info --- but guess what, nothing arrived. I did play off the $150 in FP but didn't make any money on it. I then uninstalled the software for both Royal Ace and Silver Oak.

I remain happy with Slots Oasis, but noticed that Rushmore Group is now discredited? Isn't Slots Oasis part of that? VIP Bonuses have been good and payouts occur within 3-4 days of approval,

QT/UMW remains great as a deposit and withdrawal option for the sites I play, but online poker rooms ala Pokerstars won't take anything but eChecks which did seem to go ok.

All for now, but I am glad to be here and look forward to learning more from the more experienced members in the group.

    Diane

Yes, they have been removed from the Accredited list - but NOT added to the rogue list.

That's right. Not your problem if their software favors your bets to deserve a random jackpot.
