It should be impossible, since TV roulette is live, and on a real wheel. Long term, you CANNOT win overall UNLESS there is a problem with the equipment being used.

The ONLY likelihood of a ban would come from "bonus abuse", such as the usual trick of putting the lot on Black (or Red) to start with, and then grinding the rest out.

If someone got banned for winning WITHOUT bonuses, then it would be an admission by the operator that the game itself was "rigged", and could be beaten by players who studied the outcomes over an extended period. This would be illegal under most regulatory regimes, and a complaint should be forwarded to the relevant regulator that the wheel was skewed, and producing biased results. Being able to win long term, enough to get banned by the operator, would be pretty good evidence that the wheel was skewed.
