Welcome to the forum Dewey. I use Moneybookers to cash out, then wire from there to my bank account or use it to play elsewhere.

Fees are pretty reasonable (less than $3 for them to send a wire), and they have a cheque option as well for a little more, although I've never used it.

It is widely accepted. Support is not great (you can search Moneybookers for some threads), but most people seem to get things resolved sooner or later.

Instadebit is another option for Canadians, but I don't want to be able to access my bank account to gamble with at will. Some people have an separate bank account just to gamble with.

If your winnings are big enough, then a bank wire is another option. Or if it's a smaller amount you can always request a check, most online casinos pay with checks drawn on Canadian banks so there's hardly ever an issue if you're just depositing into your own account and most decent casinos will have the check to you within a week.

I also use eWalletXpress for depositing and withdrawing, but I've never used them to withdraw back to my bank. I seem to recall hearing that their fees are pretty outrageous.

I'm with Jazz though, Moneybookers is my ewallet of choice too.
