Greetings from the land of Oz (Australia) I'm here to find out what you do when you get riped of by a online casino, a big name on line casino..??? Is there any thing you can do ??? I'm here and they are in cyber space somewhere..... Is the game real or is it just a computer program to slowly suck money out of you?

    Make a complaint.

IF the casino is here under "CM Casinos" (toolbar above forum), they are thought to be good, so they should have a Rep here whom you could contact. There is also the option to use the PAB service (or Pitch A Bitch), a more formal way of making a complaint. This process involves the PAB Meister (Max) taking the complaint from you and handling it with the casino on your behalf. There is a form to be filled in, and more should be available in your "welcome to the forum" message (found up and to the right under "your notifications"). You must be truthful, and give all the information asked, otherwise the PAB will fail. Recently, Max posted that over 70% of PABs fail because of problems in giving the correct information, or even players lying about, or withholding something, that later comes to light.
If you have a PAB underway, do not post in the forums about the issue until the PAB has run it's course (this gives it the best chance). When the PAB process is complete, then you can post the experience, there MAY still be more you can do.

IF they are in the ROGUE Pit, then you join many other players who have been ripped off. A PAB may be possible, but you are only allowed ONE for a NON "CM Casino" (as you are then expected to be more careful in your choice). Some Rogue casinos still have reps here, and there are degrees of rogueness.

IF there is no rep, they are NOT "CM casinos" (also referred to as "Accredited Casinos"), and are on the "No Can Do" list for the PAB service, then you can post the problem in the "complaints" section, where it will be easier to advise on the best course of action.
