Recommend a Site to Me

I am a former PitBullPoker regular who logged in one day to find that it was no longer working. Apparently I was lucky that I had not deposited large sums with them.
I am looking for recommendations of other sites to play. Freerolls preferably as I don't have a lot to loose but do enjoy Texas Hold-um, Omaha hi/lo and 7 card stud and draw.
I prefer sites that don't require a download as I must admit, I do play at work. I work in a subdivision model and have lots of free time lately but prefer just to log on and play.
Please give me some suggestions for sites that fit this bill.
