    Unhappy Instadebit and 32 Vegas

Hi, I'm new to online gambling and to this site and you'll all be shaking your heads knowing I signed up with 32 Vegas. I know I know. At least I didn't take their bonuses. Whew! My problem is Instadebit (for some unknown reason) can't access my account, yet they gave 32 Vegas the money and said everything was good. I lost $198 in the casino and Instadebit told me they didn't have my money. So I told the casino (BIG MISTAKE) I checked with the bank and there is no money missing. So I asked 32 Vegas to cash me out and I would add $198 to their cash out and pay Instadebit. Now they won't release my money due to "security issues" until I pay instadebit even though the two companies have nothing to do with each other. I'm afraid now if I give Instadebit the money ($500) I won't see my money from 32 Vegas. It all sounded a little fishy to me. This is the short version. I have kept all the emails back and forth. Can anyone reassure me that I won't get ripped off?

Hi there I do use instadebit for most of my gaming purchases. Now here is the issue with instadebit. Under the withdrawal area most times there is another area to add your security code from instadebit in this is different then the purchase codes. I suggest you email them with this info also keep in mind that a few of the casinos hold a instadebit in a seperate deposit area from 10 days to 14 days. This means any withdrawal is looked at as work in progress.
Instadebit also has online chat feature click on that most times the account is blocked due to they need more info from you. I had mine blocked not long ago as i changed home phone numbers and neglected to tell them this. During this point i did have money due to me from the casinos and once the waiting period was over with instadebit all was ok and still available.

    Hi Comfycat

I have no answer to your problem, but I do want to let you know.....you have come to the right place for answers! The Meister rocks!! Listen to these people. They know what they are talking about and I have found everyone very helpful here, and kind. If you are new to the online casino world, then you have found a good place to come for info.
I'm new here also,,just a few months, and I have not been steered in the wrong direction since I joined. I have been on a few other like sites, and none of them hold a candle to the CasinoMeister. Welcome.

Sounds then like I should just pay Instadebit and request my money from 32 Vegas and say a prayer. I haven't found either of their supposed "customer service" very knowledgeable or friendly whatsoever. They are constantly evading my questions. You can't really talk to anyone of any significance (like security). I will certainly NEVER deal with 32 Vegas EVER again. In my opinion they have no right to hold my funds. My issue with Instadebit is a separate issue and has nothing to do with them as they have constantly reminded me. They have always told me if I have a problem I need to deal directly with Instadebit and Instadebit tells me the same about 32 Vegas. I was just unsure because it all started sounding like a scam. Hearing from all of you so far reassures me a litte.

No, actually, they are feeding you bullshit, but YOU are negotiating from a position of STRENGTH, since despite the system cock-up, the money remained on YOUR side of the fence. Given your positon of strength, it beggars belief that they are jerking you around like this. I shudder to think how bad your experience would be if the money had flopped over THEIR side, but got mislaid.

THEIR systems screwed up, it is THEIR problem.

Email each of them, tell them that you can get nowhere with either by yourself, because ANY solution plan involves Instadebit and the casino agreeing between themselves how to balance the books between themselves if you paid the money into Instadebit.

If they still play dumb, or tough, tell them you will raise the matter with the regulator for both casino and Instadebit to get a solution as to what action you need to take.
This process will be geologically slow, but in this case it works to your advantage since YOU have all your money, the casino thought it won $198, and although it is holding on to the rest, it's Instadebit's money at the moment, and remains so till you get paid.

If both parties think you are naive enough to put $500 into instadebit, which will then go to the casino, who will then simply return it minus the $198 back to your Instadebit account - they haven't reckoned on you being here for advice

So long as you have the $500, you CANNOT get ripped off.
