First of all, hi everyone!I was referred to this forum by some good people.I am having problems and they said this place could help.I need to know how to go about reporting an online casino for sending me a check that went NSF.I'm still recovering from the damage it caused!

Man, that stinks! I cannot help you but somebody that sees ur thread at Casinomeister will help you for sure! I don't know where you were playing but where I play I always try to get some kind of wire. I always fear the check, I like getting the strait cash. I guess it just depends on what casino you play at.

Hello, and welcome to the forum. You can email Max (his name will appear in blue). You can scroll down to the bottom of the forums home page and click on his name. You can then send him a private message with all your information. Or you can go to the CM home page and try Pitch a Bitch.

Welcome

Hello, welcome to the forum. Sorry about your check, that sucks! Maybe you should read all the member rules to familiarize yourself with the forum. Have you done anything to right the situation yourself? If so then maybe you can pitch a bitch and try to get help that way. Good Luck

Drum, very sorry such an unfortunate experience brought you here. But welcome to the forum, you can't have come to a better place for help.

If you look at the top of the forum, there are I-Gaming Forum reps. Go see if the casino has a rep here. I'd start there.

Recently a whole bunch of US poker players have had bad cheques, had to do with the processor, not the casinos.

Have you got paid by another means from this casino? Good ones will reimburse NSF charges, but you need to ask for it and send them copies of your bank statement as well.

Not from casinos, but I do know that an NSF cheque you deposit can set off a chain of your other payments bouncing and additional charges...they should make good on that as well.

Start with the rep, and if necessary the Pitch-A-Bitch service is available. But please read the rules for it...contacting the rep here if they have one to try for a resolution is the first step.
