Hi all I'm Steve.

I'm 38, married, no kids, 1 dog (golden retriever) and an occasional gambler, though it seems when I win I will gamble more until I lose! Still casinos seem fine when we are losing, it's only winning money that seems to get their backs up!

I joined casinomeister at the start of the year because I had a problem with a withdrawal after winning (for a change) where the casino couldn't manage to verify my certified documentation. (it was done at the police station as recommended but they had problems getting hold of the person who certified it.) Anyway I joined casinomesiter and got a message to the rep on here and all was sorted eventually, although some of the support staff at the casino were less than helpful.

Well now I've just been playing at a sister casino to the first managed a victory again! My first withdrawal went through ok but then a big session saw me end up with a large (>£13k) withdrawal and this was stopped. (money laundering apparently) Now I'm told my documentation is invalid (even though passed at a sister casino) and my money has been confiscated!

Not happy but hope the guys here can help out once more!

Anyway enough of my ranting! Off to do some slots...
