Hi there. I'm excited to be a part of this forum and hope to be able to learn a lot here regarding online gamers' thoughts, likes, dislikes, frustrations, needs etc etc...
You see, i work for an online gambling software development company, as a usability evaluator. It's my job to make sure that players' needs and opinions/suggestions shape our design process. We do this in 2 way:
- firstly, testing our software with actual players
- secondly, learning as much as we can about what it is that online gamers want (and don't want!)...so that we can give it to them!
