There are multiple contradictions in the terms, mainly about deposits and withdrawals.
For example, credit cards. Withdrawal by credit card is shown as an option, but a statement follows to say that withdrawals CANNOT be processed back to credit cards. Players are told that they can withdraw by ANY available method, however, ANOTHER section about credit cards (remember, they are NOT a withdrawal option, are they ) states that if players deposit with a credit card, WITHDRAWAL by credit card is MANDATORY (bit odd really for a method that is unavailable ).It is hard to read the terms and conditions as a whole as you have to keep clicking forward and back to sample each section and subsection, VERY easy to miss something, and clearly something that has created the situation where your OWN team have no overall idea of what they have been putting together on the site. This will lead to trouble when players who have read one thing in one click-through section are told something completely different when they come to make a transaction, usually when they withdraw. You will face accusations of "bait & switch" as they are referred to contradictory sections of the terms and conditions. Promotions section - there aren't any apart from the SUB, a bit boring really for an MG casino.

Again, when are operators going to learn that aside from the banned states, it's NOT ILLEGAL to gamble online?

It is logical though, as if taking deposits and paying winnings is illegal, then no real gambling can FAIRLY be offered with no prospect of LEGALLY paying winners, or collecting monies from losers. The other EU jurisdictions also prevent the offering of real money gambling to USA players, although the EU are on the US government's case about the fact that it is not "gambling" itself they seek to ban, but only "gambling offered by non-US companies". This is protectionism, and maybe the EU is now big enough to make the US polititians listen. They certainly listened to Japan and China, who probably OWN much of the US debt mountain anyway.
