hello all, i have been playing online for about a year now, and have had moderate success. never really had an issue with nonpayment, but i was playing at a ROGUE casino (uhh... queen of rogue city, to be non-specific and exact) a few days ago, and hit it big for the first time. well, not really big, but made over 20x my deposit. AFTER i put in my withdrawal, i felt the need to check up on the casino in question, which is how i ended up here. now, i have read thru most of the forum and this enitre site, but would love any ideas or tips on how to insure that they pay. i already started sending multiple emails daily, to both customer service and the listed casino rep. anyone out there had an idea that worked? by the way, i really really wish i had found this before i started playing. thanks to Bryan and everyone for the great site! keep up the good work!

It depends on the size of your withdrawal. If it was over 1000$, you need to worry, since they mostly cheat with the big withdrawals. If it was <500$ there should be no problems.

thanks for the advice. it was barely over a g. would i be better off splitting the withdrawal, taking most and then request the rest after first payment? is $1K really the limit that we get me flagged? played at VC for a few months, and by played i mean i deposited fine. will play history help with getting flagged, or payment?

Hi i think play history would be on your side if you have been a depositing player. As your more likely to deposit and play again. With your winnings or these winnings may be an overal loss for you over the last couple off months.
Also splitting the cashout could be a good idea and playing on a little with the rest off the cashout could be a good idea. But honestly i would take that one to the vote and not just on my say or on anyone elses say. GL. |
