    I'm BLIND!

Yeah I'm also still waiting on him to answer pretty much any serious question made in any post towards him. Either dodging or hoping people will "forget".

Prof if you want most of us to take you serious start also by explaining your own actions instead of what is being done to you alone. If you truly want help from the community you must share more then the "pain" that is being caused to you. People are handing you a hand out, of course not without many questions attached to it. If you really want people to help you further then help yourself first and reply to some of these serious issues brought forward to you.

That said I'm very sure he will ignore this whole post as well as many made by others. So basically he's better off then talking to a brick wall.
Those who believe in telekinetic powers, raise my hand!

Professor, if you want our support in your return to power at CAP, at least tell us why we should back your cause?

What have you done, or will you do, that would encourage the rest of us to side with you in this conflict?

And don't get me wrong, I'm not siding with Warren either, since at the moment it looks like all three partners in these enterprises were involved and knowledgeable about what was taking place.

Webzcas I wish there was a way to remedy this privately but I am not receiving any response from Warren Jolly or the company. I am banned at CAP, my emails are hijacked and wether its tiresome to hear or not all of these actions are wrong and the affiliate community and programs need to be aware of whats happening. Silencing me on the message boards I can post at, while convenient to Jolly, wont help address and correct whats going on.

Jetset I have spoken with Raj and he has communicated via email that he wants to sell his interests in the company as he has no faith in the direction its been heading. I have the emails to that effect from months ago and I chatted with him on Monday. Also the way our shareholder agreement is written a UNANIMOUS vot by the board is required to do anything approaching what Mr Jolly is doing now. We did this because there were only three original shareholders and we wanted checks and balances in place to prevent any abuses like the one occuring now. This is clearly breach of contract.

Again I dont expect people to throw roses at me here, but whats wrong is wrong.
Then it seems an injunction is not outside the boundaries of possibility to put the brakes on further actions at AMI/CAP until either the three shareholders agree or the dispute is resolved by the courts.

As one of the usual suspects...
I just wanted to point out the irony here...

Lou trashes Bryan, because Lou sees the new webmaster section here at Casinomeister as direct competition to CAP. Lou (or someone at cap... maybe Robin) even bans Bryan from CAP...

And now Lou comes here with his tail between his legs wanting the support of the 'community', Bryan's community...

and Lou knows that Bryan is a good guy that won't ban him or trash him behind his back...

You know Lou I saw you apologize to J Todd. How about a nice public apology to Bryan?

BTW - I don't want an apology for how you treated me and the things you did to me... I'm the vindictive type and to be honest I am enjoying your personal drama.

But I do want to see you apologize to Bryan... You owe him at least one.
Beware... Killer Teddy in the house...

THIS is NOT true. Please do not assume that you know what happened with the casinomeisters account at CAP because YOU don't.

GamTrak, I believe I recall reading that it was someone else at CAP that banned Bryan.

That being said, is it safe to assume that The Professor was:

    1. Aware of this banning

    2. Did nothing to correct it (i.e. was ok with Bryan being banned)?

You have to realize that there were a LOT of bannings at CAP and PAP, and surely we can't be expected to believe that the Professor was not involved or aware of this?

I thought Bryan himself said that he was banned from CAP, I'm sure I can find that post around here somewhere...

He was, GamTrak is saying it wasn't Lou who banned him, but someone else.
