Poker Product Manager, Panama

Responsibilities;
The Poker Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing player strategies and programs.
• contributing in every way to the facilitation of the Company’s business and financial objectives.
• creating strategies for promotion programs and policies.
• creating major strategies for attracting new players.
• creating strategies for player retention/loyalty.
• doing research for expansion into new markets.
• co-ordinating and ensuring liaison with various departments.
• developing strategies to expand player development on an international scale.

Required experience;
• experience in consumer marketing and customer service.
• over 5 years of “Online Casino” experience.
• experience in promotional online gaming offers and tournaments.
• experience in consumer and direct marketing.
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• proactive and organized.
• excellent interpersonal skills.
• very strong analytical skills.
• service oriented.
• good time management skills.
• enthusiastic in dealing with new challenges.
• capable of working under pressure.

Compensation: commensurate with experience, additional bonus based on performance, full benefits, company paid relocation if required.
