Hi Peralis
Like I previously stated none of our affiliates have been paid, except for affiliates that moved their earnings from their affiliate accounts to their players accounts and initiate a withdrawals from there. All payments have been send to 800Pay for payments from our accounts but were not processed until today dates. I aware of the very unpleasing situation for our affiliates and can only apologize for it. The history of this problem reside in US affiliates that should have been drop by us when Playtech and 800Pay decided to pull out of business from USA. We decided to continue to do business with our US based affiliates and had therefore to handle any payments to affiliates (US and Non US) ourselves. We therefore opened a new company (EuroSecPay) that would handle affiliates payments in the future to all affiliates (US and Non US). Player payments would stay by 800Pay, this also being the reason why players were never affected by this move. After having spend weeks with lawyers, consultants, payment gateways operators and other legal entities, we had to pull out from our plans, mostly due to the incapacity to move funds from the BVI to Neteller and others without risking to get confiscated by the authorities. We send out 10K to fund our EuroSecPay Neteller accounts and had a hard time to get it back before we could provide proof of origin of the funds. I skip other even more unbelievable problems we have encountered in the last pass months. So now we are back with 800Pay for affiliates payments and try to have it fix as soon as possible. I hope this clarify the situation for all our unpaid affiliates. Let me only assure you that we do all our possible to have this solved and resume our affiliates payments ASAP. |

Twice you promised that the paments would be made by the end of the month. July is now almost half way through. I am sorry - I simply do not get it. You guys have had since JANUARY to get this sorted out. Even if you could not get the other methods sorted, you could have made a plan for me to reverse my old requests so that I could actually use the option of cashing to a players account which I would the set up. But this option has not been given to me.. just the "Thank you for your patience" statement. Well - basically my patience has run out. Like I told you in one of my last PM's, I really do like your casino and would really have liked to do more with you.. but 7 months is really hard to swallow. Especially if you do have the option, but I cannot use it because the system somehow does not allow it. |

Let's look at this option together, no reason it should not workout for you! Please PM me your player and affiliate ID and I'll see why the system does not allow you to transfer funds to your player account.

Hi Frank,

Also, it was all Playtechs that stopped taking US Players, but the rest of them pretty much still allow US Affiliates. There's only one other Playtech program I'd recently had earnings from and they paid me via Moneybookers practically the same day I requested it. (Betrev). I know of affiliate programs for casinos powered other than Playtech who have found ways to pay us, including MoneyGram, Western Union, Wire, Check, etc. They had some spots where they were a week or two late sorting these things out but for the most part.. they've got it worked out and I've been paid by every casino program that I've had earnings from almost routine like again. XXL Club is the only affiliate program that I have money due and just not being paid. With the exception of inChilli Casino and we all know about that. In my mind, I see inChilli and XXL Club side by side and that's not a good casino to be compared with given their current situation. I've always liked XXL Club also. Of course, in the past Mike would always reply to my emails very quickly, and never missed a one. It's not like that now. I am still confused as to why paying for marketing/advertising/affiliates has anything to do with the US legislature passed late last year regarding the funding of online gambling.. not marketing. Or did I miss that part? Can you tell me when you will make our payments? Open ended answers sound nice, but aren't getting us paid. I think what I'm the most annoyed with here is that Mike doesn't reply to emails sometimes, and when he does it's whenever he gets around to it. The communication is not there. And I feel like a fool sitting here waiting for something that no one is making a whole lot of effort to resolve so it seems. I realize it's hard. But it is for all the other programs and they're finding ways. Sorry Frank, my patience is a little thin at the moment. |

I totally understand you and share your pain! I really would prefer not to have to deal with this kind of issues as they only arm both. We are nothing without our affiliates and recognize it to be crucial to a good operating online casino. |
