Many forum members mistaken the Visitor Messages/Public Guestbook as private messages...they're not. Everybody can read them!! 
Some members have been posting private (or what should be private) comments in other member's profiles.
So to defuse what can be a little embarrassing for some, I've renamed this to "Profile Comments". Hopefully by doing so, it will prompt you to remember that what you write is seen by all.
Please note, you can modify the permissions for this in your settings under "privacy settings" here:
