    A note on i-Gaming Reps and Affiliate managers: Please do not contact these people to beg for a bonus or to solve a problem that their support should be solving. These representatives monitor the forum and assist when their support cannot. Please don't abuse their presence.

    Bonus begging, I agree, isn't what the reps are for. However, why even deal with CS when someone at a supervisory level (I assume) is available, especially if past dealings with CS have proved unsatisfactory?

    I agree. I do everything I can by email, phone calling and live chat before I hit the reps on board here for help. So we can beg for bonuses then?

    Bonus begging, not nice. But I thought that reps were here to handle problems that need to be addressed by someone other than a CS person.

    If my latest problem is any indication, it really doesn't matter who you contact. I wrote to everyone I could find and didn't get an answer until my thread caught the eye of someone that must have alerted the rep here. While I finally got a response, the time line between the first chat with CS and the response from the rep was way too long. Made me feel like they didn't want to mess with little ol' insignificant me.
