merging accounts Jackofallsuit and NewOrleans

Just an FYI that I've merged the two accounts Jackofallsuit and NewOrleans. I'm guessing NewOrleans wanted a new account since his was in the negative rep point user group and opened a new account. Well these are merged now into the original account. It will be up to NewOrleans to work off the negative rep and remain an active member.

I'm guessing that members with negative rep aren't allowed to carry website links in their sig either? I think that's probably why he really wanted the new account. Anyway, thanks Bryan.
