Hey Bryan,

How about hiding the affCAFF section from those of us that are in the USA? I know it's not intentional, but seeing as these promotions are for non-USA facing casinos/poker rooms, it does leave a bad taste in my mouth, at least...

The aff caff section includes just about all of the casinos listed here, to include the US friendly ones. The thing is, the US friendly listings haven't been updated recently. I'll be doing that today and hopefully you'll become a happy camper once again - with a better tasting mouth.
