Dnipro Hotel Casino

If you are ever in Kiew (Ukraine) the I recommend the Dnipro hotel there. It is classed 4 stars but is of a high quality. The casino, on the top floor is quaint and rather private and I had a particularly lucky streak over the week I was there.

Away from the hotel you can try what I believe to remember was called Bar 52 which had the best range of single malts I have ever seen on top of some really good local but live music. Would love to hear from anyone else that may have visited.

afaik, gambling is progibited in Ukraine...correct me if I'm mistaken...at least the final decision is not made.

This was 5 years ago. Never knew it was prohibited, news to me. Shame the black market economy over there is still growing stronger by the day.

You can just read the news ragarding gambling in Ukraine. Seems like it's prohibited now, but could be legalized...
