Web hosting / Domain questions

Hey all,

I know it's been covered before, but it's been awhile, and I wanted up to date info as to which company provides the best webhosting services.

I'm primarily looking for best uptime, support, and features - good amount of mysql db's, free shopping cart, forums, php support, and of course speed.

Also, which company is the best to buy domains from? I would need to have full control over DNS options and so forth.

ps: Price, of course, is an issue, but not that much of one. I certainly don't want anything that's not moderately priced. If I could find a non-managed server (unix based) for $40-$50/month with a decent amount of bandwidth and plenty of IP addresses with room to get more, I would consider that too.
