Wayne P4Ks - Fake Trademark (?) Playin4Kash

Hi All,

Was doing some research and came upon the p4ks.com site owned by Wayne and his partner Jamie I believe.

The name has been changed to Playin4Kash which the domain playin4kash.com was registered by Wayne on:
Creation date: 06 Feb 2010 10:43:09
Expiration date: 06 Feb 2011 10:43:09

However the logo now being used at both p4ks.com and p4ks.com/forum is as follows:



As you can see a TM symbol sites above the K. Bizarre place for a TM...lol

However running a check on the New Zealand IP database does not show any Trademark registered under this Name or held by Wayne J.

I'll leave this up to you to draw your own conclusion(s).

I had not even notice the TM from the template I purchased. I will remove it when i have the time and not to satisfy you. Its a genuine mistake, But we all know what your next comment will be.... LMAO your a broken record.

Feel free to contact the skins designer to confirm that alot of his clients have had this TM thing appear in his PSD files...

I am not claiming the Playin4Kash is Trade Mark, In the skin that were received they also come with a psd file for the logo you moron, which had a layer with the TM in which i did not see when installing it.
