I am not posting this out of spite at all towards this company, But i do feel that the affiliate manager Jaxon should have the same treatment he has caused me and my site.

Some of you may think i am posting to try and get my reputation back, I am not. I have made mistakes and have been corrected and not repeated. I have the arrangement as alot from GPWA staff know.

But for an affiliate manager to Discriminate of sexuality is simple not acceptable. I have spoke with JASON who is the owner/ Boss of Jet Set Marketing and he has assured me he will deal with this.

But I have felt right from the start, regarding our agreement that it should never have been made public and we could have settled without our site being damaged to the extent it has.

Yes i have made huge mistakes, And I am correcting them, I am still working with casinos and no matter what some of you may think they are more than willing to work with us. This constant bashing slamming and name calling on public sites is a joke. It is not what the casinos want nor is it what any of us want.

I am the first to admit fighting on forums, because i have done it, BUT a line needs to be drawn. What is actually unethical is those that constantly slam people with out physical proof and slandering peoples names. i am not just talking about myself.

In respects to Jaxon,

I will not accept an apology from him, he has sent one with an excuse that he didnt mean to send it and a statement he sent another email to apologise straight after this bad one.

That is beside the point, You have discriminated, You are unprofessional and weather you thought it was a joke or not is beside the point.

If you were living in New Zealand, Not only would you be fired from your Job, But you would be sued for defimation. This is not what I am looking for.

What I am looking for is to show just how unethical you yourself really is, You gavce no thought into the 11 sites you posted about our media deal what effect it would have on our site, And what it has cost us. So why should i worry what effect this plain and simple email will have on you.

I do not hold Jason responsable and find JASON the owner very nice to deal with, But Jaxon you have lost all crediablility as far as i am concerned as an affiliate manager.

Regardless of our situation regarding the media deal it does not give you the right to speak like this. I personally no longer want to hear from you nor will i reply to your emails. You are a running joke as far as I am concerned, You try to speak on an ethical basis then you do something like this.

Jason, I know you requested and asked if i would not post this, but in all honesty what thought did yous have when you authorised Jaxon to post about our Media Arrangement.

You have achived damaging our name, but we will rebuild, We still work with casinos as alot can read between the lines.

I will only deal with you personally Jason to continue our agreement with the Media Deal, But please do not have Jaxon email us anymore. Not only is his rubbish Spam, But he isn't really worth listening to anymore.

I will glady provide email headers, And original emails i have received to back this claim up.

Just remember Jaxon, around 25% of the affiliates you deal with are gay, i know of 16 that promote yous. Regardless if you say you didnt mean it, YOU said it. So i guess members can be the judge.

To those that think it is a joke, and funny. To those that get smart about me not having a proper education and use grammer or spelling correctly.

You are also discriminating someone that is less fortunate yourselfs. And if anyone takes you seriously after doing that then this part of the gambling industry in the world truley shows something.

Like more than one casino has told me, Don't listen to people like this. Just keep going and work with the casino that will work with me, We have good traffic as we have proved to casinos regardless what some of your comments are. We have shown hosting screen shots along with backed up proof we get the traffic. Just because alot dont post at our site doiesnt mean a thing. I am continuing in this industry and I will not let low minded, discriminating people drive me away.

I have seen comments like "Why do casino still deal with this guy" The reason is because we can produce results regardless of what some of you may think. I can't be bothered with people like Jaxon anymore, I may as well put all my energy into something productive NOT Slanderous or misleading.

Sorry if my tone has offended some, It is directed directly at Jaxon and those that have slammed us.

What Jaxon wrote was unconscionable. The two of you have a business problem, period. You owe him money, true...and the fact is you owe money to a bigoted cretin.

I have to wonder what the hell this Jason person was thinking sending this on to you to begin with. What was the point? To hurt your feelings? To slam an employee to an affiliate?

I can understand the WHY you've chosen to post these emails, but you shouldn't have without permission...you have a real and ongoing problem with asking permission, whether for handing out databases or allowing employees to post plagiarized copy. What you should have done is quoted the offending passage, and described what the emails were about...not posted verbatim the entire exchange including email info. The effect would have been the same...Jaxon is now outed as a bigot. A bigot you owe money to, but a bigot all the same.

As for the rest of your post, I'll give you a break and say nothing.

I’m not going to deny the fact that I did say what I said, but I will defend the basis/intention of which it was said. The email was not intended for Wayne, nor was the comment directed at him or in a derogatory manner. I am sorry if this offended anyone, but it was directed at my boss in the sense that he was teasing me about Wayne not replying to my email that I had sent him on July 29th (please see, http://www.gpwa.org/forum/very-discr...no-182591.html, second post by Wayne regarding an email that I sent him immediately after I mistakenly sent him the email). I felt comfortable enough to say this to my boss jokingly (just as some of my friends would say to me in a teasing manner; not literally), but I was wrong in assuming that and Jason took it very seriously and has spoken to me about it already.

The reason that it was mistakenly sent to Wayne was because Jason had asked me for Wayne’s email addresses and I typed in the address bar to find Wayne’s multiple email addresses. I would then copy and paste from the address bar into the body of the email to place the addresses.

Wayne is accusing me of intentionally emailing him this, but it doesn’t make any sense for me to do that? If I had intended for the email to be directed at Wayne, I could’ve gone on msn, or would have sent it to all of his email addresses (4 in total). I understand and agree that what I said is very bad, but like I said in the email reply to the mistaken email, I did not direct it at him. I have never personally attacked Wayne even at the peak of our issues, so why would I start drama for nothing? I would accomplish absolutely no good by intentionally emailing this to him. The only thing I would be doing is tarnishing my name as an Affiliate Manager and that is very counter-intuitive.

In conclusion, I made a mistake by saying what I did, but I am in no way a bigot or a person of hate. I am a visual minority and I grew up in a small town, so I know what it feels like to be on the other end of truly hateful comments. I meant it in a non-derogatory manner, just as someone would call their friend a wuss for not drinking another beer. I have apologized to Wayne and I hope that all of you can understand what my intentions were. If I have offended anyone, please accept my sincerest apologies and rest assured, I will do my best to never speak like this again to anyone, including my friends.

Get the facts first, once again. I did have permission. Jason did say he hoped i wouldn't post this, But said it was my choice.

You come here and post a complaint about a bigoted slur. Fine. I'm with you so far, and I'm on your side about it. It was unprofessional behaviour from someone who wants the public to be on his side in a business matter.
